October Walk Friday 10th |
Hi All, |
I'm a little late with this but hope a few of you might enjoy a walk and lunch this Friday the 10th. Weather is looking improved, at least better than the stock market. Let's meet at the North Dairy parking lot at Cedar Hill, usual time 11am and lunch at the clubhouse around noon. Let me know if you're coming so we can watch for you.
|
On an completely unrelated topic, I just spoke with my brother-in-law about a 1988 Ford Ranger which he would like to give away. This machine concerns me because it was once mine, actually two trucks back, you might say. I gave it away myself but as you can guess the damn thing won't die. It keeps running like a Swiss watch on steroids. If you know anyone who might be interested in this durable set of wheels let me know asap. Jay hopes to be rid of it within a week.

Comic Life |
Hi to all, I hope you are all doing well and are healthy.
|
Every once in a blue moon, I visit the e-chat and even less frequently leave some kind of chat. Do any of you know how often there is a blue moon or even what it is? I noticed lately that the chat is getting thin. Does that mean we do not have much to say these days? Or is it maybe because we tend to become uninterested in our friends and classmates from so long ago? Lets hear from you on this subject. I bet there are some very interesting opinions.
|
I have lost contact with Paul Lawrance and would appreciate having his e-mail address as my computer had a major disk crash, in fact two in less than a year on two different hard drives each of which was only a few months old. My super tech couldn't believe it till he found out the recent one had some 26,000 bad sectors. I lost all my e-mail files. |
By the way, that comic-life thing looks like fun, I shall be trying it soon. |
Cheers for now and lets hear about why the chat is not so popular as it was early in the life of this site.
|
Live long and enjoy! |
